Daily Blog: Pluralsight 2-3

Today I did courses 2-3 on Pluralsight. What we did and are going to do is watch videos and do what they are showing at the same time. I learned how to make things come in and out of frame using the key frames. As I mostly just saw what was going on, I still think at did a pretty good job following along the basic things of what we were learning. I felt pretty good as we were going along and would definitely try to learn more.

Daily Blog: Adobe After Effects 2019 for Beginners

Today I watched the 2019 for Beginners video. What I did is I watched the video while I did what they are doing at the same time. What I learned is how to do cool transitions with key frames regarding to the flow of the video. What I did turned out well and went well in following the video’s tutorial. The assignment wasn’t really that hard and was a pretty easy thing to complete.

Daily Blog: Adobe After Effects 2, Coffee GIF

Today we did the Coffee GIF. What I did is I followed the instructions of the video we were given but with another image, and created a GIF from it. I really like how it turned out as it flows pretty well, although if you look at certain spots, you can definitely tell it’s looping. This assignment as really fun and i didn’t get mad while doing it, so that’s nice.

Daily Blog: After Effects 1, Name Tracking

Today we did the name tracking for Adobe After Effects. Fist, I really like Adobe After Effects even with the little I know about it. Now, the process of doing this was a little hard, as the text would keep bugging out, but eventually I got it to work. I do really like the outcome I got of it, it doesn’t bug out that much at all. When it was bugging out, it kinda aggravated me because I could not get it to work, but when I did get it to a satisfactory level, I was happy.

Final Blog: Masters Of The Shooting Universe

The Masters of The Shooting Universe was a really fun project. Some stuff during this project did get annoying but overall it went well. What I really liked about this project is just the aspect of being able to make a mini movie. Doing this was the main part of it being fun. Once thing I hoped we could have done better is putting it all together properly. It doesn’t look the best put it still is funny, which was our main goal. A few problems we had was it just not working with us and stuff getting deleted. While most of it was our fault, it still wasn’t being clear on what was happening. Overall I still like the outcome of the whole thing and I would probably do this again!

Daily Blog: Adobe Premiere Fortune Telling 2

The adobe premiere project with Arthur is going really good right now! We have a lot done except for the ending. What I think we have done best right now is definitely the way we have combined the clips to try and make it sound better. What I don’t like is how some stuff has turned out, but I can’t do really anything about it.

Shooting Universe (Ms. Rife, read as soon as you can, we need help on Wednesday)

This is a Placeholder for our final blog, Ms. Rife, if you see this, our thing got completely corrupt and to fix it we would have to shoot way more videos, our clips got replaced with other ones because it was not working, and after it was replaced, I couldn’t press undo. So our project was messed up and destroyed, I hope we can do something to make it up on Wednesday, because you were not here, we could not do anything, and we had to work quickly because our group members kept getting distracted (not me and Seth though). I hope you can understand and I hope we can figure something out.

Final Blog: Adobe Intro

Adobe Premiere is pretty weird. I have had a a hard time doing most of these transitions. Really the only thing I could do was just a simple cut, not anything fancy. I did figure out how to add some text, and how to position it. One thing I would’ve changed was how difficult the program was, if I could of course. Finally, what I liked the most is how well the transitions could’ve looked if I did them right.
